MANILA, Philippines --- Free rides for routes of the North Luzon Express Terminal (NLET) to Araneta Center Cubao and from NLET to Paraaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) under the Service Contracting Program Phase 3 will start on Thursday, April 21. The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) announced on Wednesday night that rides for the said route will start at 1 a.m. and will be available until midnight. The LTFRB assured a sufficient number of vehicles for commuters who would use NLET in going to and from Metro Manila.
