MANILA, Philippines---The next Miss Universe Philippines titleholder may be the third queen to be crowned by the national pageant organization, but she will still hold a distinction all her own --- being the bearer of a new crown that will symbolize her reign. In partnership with international luxury jewelry brand Jewelmer, the Miss Universe Philippines came up with a new crown inspired by the sea called "La Mer En Majest," or the sea of majesty.
