MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Education (DepEd) on Thursday celebrated the establishment of the Expanded Career Progression System for public school teachers. According to DepEd in a statement, the new executive order will promote professional development and career advancement among public school teachers by officially creating new position titles namely Teacher IV, Teacher V, Teacher VI, Teacher VII, and Master Teacher V.
