MANILA, Philippines --- Three drug suspects have been arrested in separate buy-bust operations conducted in Iloilo and Davao del Norte, the Philippine National Police (PNP) reported on Wednesday. Two of the suspects --- considered "high-value" by the police --- were arrested in Jaro, Iloilo City on Tuesday in a buy-bust conducted by members of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 6 and the Drug Enforcement Team of Iloilo City Police Station 3.
