DAVAO CITY---Three other complainants have filed three additional attempted murder cases against Dr. Marvin Rey Andrew (not Andres) Pepino, the police doctor who reportedly killed the 19-year-old Amierkhan Mangacop on July 2 at Lugar Cafe and Bar here.
