  MANILA, Philippines --- Police arrested on Wednesday a couple who yielded and estimated P1.1 million worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation in Negros Occidental. The Philippine National Police (PNP) reported that Jomy Dela Cruz Consular, 42; and Leosella Cuenca Consular, 27, were collared in Brgy. Camugao in Kabankalan City on Wednesday afternoon.
