MANILA, Philippines --- Metro Manila's No. 1 wanted man has been captured in Navotas City during a buy-bust operation conducted jointly by police and anti-drug operatives. This was confirmed by National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Director Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, identifying the alleged most wanted criminal as Jaymee Dionisio -- supposedly a member of the Legaspi Drug Group. The NCRPO said Dionisio has outstanding arrest orders for two counts of murder. The warrants for his arrest, the NRCPO added, were issued by Navotas City's Regional Trial Court Branches 286 and 288.
