MANILA, Philippines --- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has supported a proposal to implement a "ladderized" program to address the "brain drain" among nurses in the country, Malacaang disclosed Thursday. According to a Palace statement, Marcos Jr. expressed his support during his meeting with members of the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) in Malacaang on Thursday afternoon.
