DOH COVID-19 tracker: 2,001 new infections

  MANILA, Philippines --- An additional 2,001 infections were added to the country's total COVID-19 caseload on Monday, further raising active infections to 37,082. As a result, the country's overall number of COVID-19 cases is 3,940,201, with 3,840,300 recoveries and 62,819 fatalities based on the Department of Health's (DOH) online COVID-19 tracker. The DOH tracker also showed that Metro Manila, with 13,861 COVID cases, continues to outpace Calabarzon (5,138), Central Luzon (2,819), and other regions in the past two weeks.
