NEW YORK, United States --- Irene Marcos-Araneta will be the "special representative" of her older brother, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., to attend the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's longest-reigning monarch. Irene Marcos will be accompanied by her husband, Gregoria Araneta III, Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles said in a statement issued on Sunday.
