MANILA, Philippines --- Tony Blair, former prime minister of the United Kingdom, paid President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. a courtesy on Tuesday. They had a meeting with Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Antonio Lagdameo Jr., Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Hubert Guevara, and Ilocos Norte Rep.
