Overcast skies, rainfall expected in most parts of PH

MANILA, Philippines --- The trough of a low pressure area (LPA) spotted off Central Luzon will bring overcast skies and rainfall in many parts of the country on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday. The LPA was spotted 1,430 kilometers east of Central Luzon. The LPA may enter the Philippine area of responsibility on Sunday, but it has a low change of becoming a tropical depression, according toPagasa forecaster Veronica Torres.
