President’s youngest son joins HPG motorcycle riding course

MANILA, Philippines --- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s youngest son, William Vincent Marcos, joined the Executive Motorcycle Riding Course (EMRC) of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday.
