MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Thursday reminded previously-proclaimed governor Henry Teves to respect the Commission on Elections (Comelec) ruling and make way for Roel Degamo, the newly-proclaimed governor of the province.
