Gov’t lawyers urge SC to lift TRO vs no-contact apprehension policy

MANILA, Philippines --- Government lawyers asked the Supreme Court on Tuesday to lift the temporary restraining order against the no-contact apprehension policy (NCAP). Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra made the request during the oral arguments after the SC set the next oral argument for Jan. 24 next year.
