MANILA, Philippines --- A 26-year-old suspect was arrested for alleged kidnapping of three minors after bystanders reported him to police in Quezon City, authorities said on Wednesday. The suspect was identified as Prince Bulawan, according to the Quezon City Police District (QCPD). Reports said Bulawan met the victims, aged nine, 12 and 13, on the streets of San Beda Libis, Barangay Bahay Toro on Tuesday afternoon.
