MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is getting deeper into its investigation of a multiple-vehicle crash last Jan. 10 at the corner of Shaw Boulevard and San Miguel Avenue in Barangay Wack Wack, Mandaluyong. The LTO previously issued a show-cause order against the driver and the passenger of the Toyota Land Cruiser that caused the incident. Both were summoned as it remained unclear who exactly had been driving.
