PCG hails all-female class of 377 trainees in La Union

MANILA, Philippines --- In time for International Women's Month, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) recognized on Wednesday its all-female class of 377 trainees in La Union. In a statement, PCG said it hailed the female trainees from the Coast Guard Non-Officers' Course Class 97-2022 "Alab Hiraya" at Poro Point in San Fernando City on Tuesday. Commodore Roben de Guzman, PCG Education, Training and Doctrine Command deputy commander, led the recognition rites.
