MANILA, Philippines --- Police arrested two Chinese suspects in the illegal detention of a man in Paraaque City, the Southern Police District (SPD) said on Wednesday. According to SPD, the Tambo Police Sub-Station officers identified and collared suspects Wenlong Huang, 29, and Weiming Shi, 26, on Bradco Avenue in Barangay Tambo. Based on the report, the suspects held Tang Deshui against his will in a spa in the area and demanded a ransom of P300,000 for his release.
