NAIA arrivals, departures breach 1 million during Holy Week

MANILA, Philippines --- The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) on Monday said it recorded a total of 1,051,513 passenger arrivals and departures at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) from April 1 to 9 during the Holy Week. Based on the data received by INQUIRER.net from MIAA --- which combines data from international and domestic flights --- the total number consisted of 508,606 arrivals and 542,907 departures. April 1, which is the day before the Holy Week, recorded the most number with a total of 124,758 or 59,361 arrivals and 65,397 departures.
