MANILA, Philippines--- The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Friday seized 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000 during a buy-bust operation held in Balintawak, Quezon City. The District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) Chief PMAJ Hector Ortencio said in a report that the three drug dealers identified as Edgardo Bergano, Marilyn Bautista, and Jomarie Valdez were arrested after a concerned citizen tipped them off.
