MANILA, Philippines --- Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 is up over eight areas in the country due Tropical Depression Amang, state meteorologists said Thursday morning. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Amang is also expected to trigger rain in areas without storm signal warnings, including Metro Manila.
