MANILA, Philippines --- The frontal system and the southwesterly surface wind flow will bring cloudy skies and rain showers in most parts of Luzon, while fair, hot weather is expected to be observed in the rest of the country on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
