MANILA, Philippines --- The COVID-19 positivity rate in the National Capital Region (NCR) slightly climbed to 25.4 percent on May 13, according to Octa Research fellow David Guido. In a Twitter post, David revealed that the rate increased from 24.9 percent last May 10 to 25.4 percent on Saturday.
