According to a PCG report, the fishing boat Ron Kirby 4 was anchored off Cabra Island when it was hit by another vessel. The impact damaged the outrigger of Ron Kirby 4, but all 40 crew members were unharmed. "They were transported by BRP Bagacay to Calatagan Port in Batangas," the PCG said in a statement.
