MANILA, Philippines --- The Manila Central University (MCU) footbridge in Monumento Station, Caloocan City, will be temporarily closed for one month, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Friday. The closure will begin from October 2 to November 2 to give way to the construction and rehabilitation of Edsa Busway Monumento Station. These projects include the installation of surveillance systems and the extension and widening of existing structures in the area.
