MANILA, Philippines---The candidates of The Miss Philippines Culture and Heritage Celebration and the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide have their hands full with a series of events for the first-ever "The Filipino Festival," as well as their respective preparations for the two searches' final competition later this month.
