MANILA, Philippines --- Some parts of Rizal, Bulacan, Laguna, and Quezon City would experience temporary power interruptions from January 21-24, the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said Saturday. In an advisory posted on its website, Meralco said the scheduled brownouts are due to maintenance works that will be carried out in the affected areas.
