BARMM police chief sees peaceful elections in Maguindanao

Arthur Cabalon, the police chief of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), is confident the elections in Maguindanao province will be peaceful because major political rivals have recently entered into a peace covenant.
