MANILA, Philippines --- Seven drug suspects were arrested and P340,000 worth of illegal drugs were confiscated from them in buy-bust operations in Quezon City and Valenzuela on Wednesday, according to the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO). The seven suspects, one of them a minor, will face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. In Valenzuela, the operation was conducted at 1 a.m. in Malinta by members of the city's Station Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
