Gordon, labor leader Labog now part of 1Sambayan’s Senate slate

MANILA, Philippines --- Reelectionist Senator Richard Gordon and labor leader Elmer Labog have made it to the 1Sambayan's senatorial candidates for the 2022 elections. During a media forum marking the election coalition's first anniversary on Friday, one of 1Sambayan's convenors, lawyer Howard Calleja, pushed for Gordon's reelection. Calleja also included Labog's name as among the coalition's candidates who are expected to advocate for the welfare of workers if elected in the Senate.
