PH logs 193 new COVID-19 infections; active infections now below 10k

MANILA, Philippines --- An additional 193 infections of COVID-19 were recorded by the Department of Health (DOH) on Thursday, as shown in the COVID-19 tracker on its website. This is the third consecutive day the department has logged infections lower than 200. Current active COVID-19 infections, meanwhile, are now down to 9,585, from Wednesday's 10,576. Meanwhile, the total number of confirmed infections now sit at 3,685,222 nationwide, with 3,615,370 recoveries and 60,267 deaths.
