  CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY --- The Army's 4th Infantry Division (4ID) said it is dismayed by the alleged harassment committed by five persons, three of them active soldiers, in a Misamis Oriental town on the eve of Election Day, vowing to do its own investigation for possible sanctions.
