MANILA, Philippines --- Tracy Maureen Perez is already set to relinquish her Miss World Philippines title just eight months after bagging her crown in October last year. But despite having a truncated reign, the beauty queen said she feels happy with what she was able to accomplish in such short a stint as a titleholder. "I'm happy for my successor, but I'm honestly a bit sad that it's about to end.
