MANILA, Philippines --- The National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 has effectively transferred its functions to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). The NTF sent on Wednesday a statement to reporters announcing the transfer and thanking the media for amplifying "the importance of minimum public health standards and the national vaccination program."
