China to donate P10M worth of emergency supplies to quake-affected areas

MANILA, Philippines --- China will donate P10 million worth of emergency supplies to areas affected by the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Luzon, said the Chinese Embassy on Monday. According to the embassy in an advisory, it will donate the supplies together with the Philippines Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc. (PCCCII) to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). "Hand in hand, we believe those Filipino people stricken by the earthquake will rise above the difficulties and rebuild their home soon," it said.
