NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE, Singapore --- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. vowed on Tuesday to improve conditions in the Philippines as a way of thanking Filipino workers in Singapore for their service not only to their own families but also to the entire country.
