PH, Singapore sign pacts on Clark City dev’t, health care

The Philippines signed six pacts with Singapore during President Marcos' two-day visit to the city-state, including an agreement on the deployment of more Filipino health-care workers, cooperation on counterterrorism and data protection, and the development of New Clark City in Tarlac province.
