MANILA, Philippines --- Police arrested a teenager in Quezon City on Monday morning after two security guards caught him trying to ship marijuana through a courier firm. Members of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) seized 500 grams of marijuana worth P60,000 from the suspect, Clahy John De Quiroz, a 19-year-old resident of Bacoor, Cavite. According to a QCPD report, De Quiroz tried to ship a parcel through a courier service in a mall on Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City at 8:30 a.m. A parcel handler, noticing something suspicious inside the parcel, approached the suspect, who then tried to flee.
