MANILA, Philippines --- In JD Cagulangan's absence, Terrence Fortea rose to the occasion to give defending champion University of the Philippines' a successful UAAP Season 85 debut. The Fighting Maroons played without Cagulangan, who is their starting point guard and Finals Game 3 hero, due to a muscle issue.
