Uninvited NYC chair tangles with Kabataan rep at forum

MANILA, Philippines --- Kabataan Partylist Rep. Raoul Manuel found himself engaged in an impromptu verbal tussle when National Youth Commission (NYC) Chair Ronald Cardema "gatecrashed" Saturday's "Pandesal Forum" at the Kamuning Bakery Cafe in Quezon City. Earlier, Manuel called on Cardema to resign due to alleged corruption in the NYC. Cardema suddenly arrived, uninvited, to deny the allegations, challenging Manuel to name the corrupt NYC officials.
