CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY --- Responders of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Manticao town, Misamis Oriental honored colleagues of Bulacan who perished while on rescue mission last Sunday amid the onslaught of Super Typhoon Karding.
