MANILA, Philippines --- Senate President Pro Tempore Loren Legarda pushes for a trade mission between Vietnam and the Philippines. Legarda made the remark as the Senate on Wednesday, received Vietnam National Assembly President Vuong Dinh Hue along with members of the parliament and other high-ranking officials, together with Vietnamese Ambassador to the Philippines Hoang Huy Chung.
