Manila Zoo moves reopening date to November 21

MANILA, Philippines --- The reopening of Manila Zoo will be moved to November 21, capital city mayor Honey Lacua said in her social media address on Friday. Lacuna said this was done to give way for the final preparations. "Because of the request of stall owners so they could prepare better for the reopening of Manila Zoo, we will postpone the reopening of Manila Zoo from November 15 to November 21," Lacuna said in Filipino. Manila Zoo will be operating from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a cut off for entry of guests at 6 p.m. daily.
