Metro Manila, 8 other provinces show rise in COVID-19 positivity rate

MANILA, Philippines --- Metro Manila's COVID-19 cases rose slightly to 7.6 percent as of Nov. 19, from the previous week's 7.5 percent, Octa Research fellow Guido David said on Monday.
