BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines --- The body of a fish vendor, formerly jailed for illegal drugs, was found hogtied with multiple gunshot wounds at Simon Village in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City on Friday, Jan. 27. The vendor was identified as Henry Paul Javier Bombate, 22, a resident of Sitio Sibucao, Barangay Banago in Bacolod. He had four gunshot wounds in the head and three in his body, according to Maj. Elmer Bonilla, Police Station 7 chief. The victim's hands and feet were tied while his mouth and eyes were covered with duct tape.
