MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Health (DOH) recorded a total of 1,101 infections from Feb. 6 to 12, which is slightly higher than the previous week's 1,012 infections. Based on the DOH's latest weekly COVID-19 bulletin, the total infections translated to a daily average of 157, which is 9 percent higher than the 145 daily average recorded the previous week. Two of the new were tagged as critical or severe, raising the number of active critical or severe COVID-19 admissions to 426.
