Alleged top drug suspect slain in Davao City police operation

DAVAO CITY --- An alleged top drug personality in this city was killed after a shootout with police during a law enforcement operation before dawn on Friday, authorities said. John Roy delos Santos Badayos died from bullet wounds while being treated at a hospital after a gunfight with lawmen outside a bar in Pampanga village in this city around 12:30 a.m., said Captain Hazel Tuazon, city police spokesperson.
