MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) said that it will help the Philippine National Police (PNP) in tracing the ownership of an abandoned vehicle that contained P1.3-billion worth of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or "shabu." Law enforcers found the vehicle, a red Toyota Avanza with the plate number ZGS 643, abandoned in a parking lot in Mabalacat, Pampanga on Friday. "We will immediately act on this.
