MANILA, Philippines --- Justice Undersecretary Nicholas Felix Ty on Monday said the Department of Justice (DOJ) is eyeing to release the resolution on the case of alleged religious cult Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc. (SBSI) by mid-November.
